ABOUT US:
The Confederation of Ilocano Associations, Inc. known as the Samahang Ilokano, is an aggrupation of Ilocano Professionals, Youth and Women Leaders, Businessmen, Military Personnel, Labor Advocates, Pinoy OFWs, and Countryside Farmers, supportive of the clamor for progressive, cultured and love-centered Ilocano Society.The Confederation of Ilocano Associations, Inc. also known as  Samahang Ilokano (SI) is a fraternity and sorority composed of students from colleges and universities in the northern part of the Philippines. Members are either of Ilocano lineage and/or have the capability of speaking and understanding the Ilocano dialect.
Most members of CIAI became professionals, which gave the opportunity for the group to diversify into factions of the following types within the organization: international, military, professional, women's auxiliary, out-of-school youths, and students.

Tungkol naman sa organisasyon, mahirap ang pagsali pero masaya ito lalo na pag sina puso natin. Madaming magagawa sa organisasyon ito, madami tayong matutulungan, tulad na lang ng mga nagawa nating project tulad ng feeding program, tree planting at iba pa. Madami din tayong mahihingan ng tulong pag tayo ay nag ka-problema. 

Ang PSU-Lingayen Chapter ay nagkaroon na nang mga proyekto noong nakaraang taon. Ilan sa mga ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

 Ang PSU-Lingayen Chapter ay meron na ngayong mahigit 80 members. Ang CIAI ay may mga international chapters din. Sila ung mga chapters sa ibang bansa na professional na nagkakaisa din sila sa ibang lugar para sa org. At para rin makatulong sa iba. Hindi lang sa mga kasama nila sa ibang bansa kundi pati na rin sa Pilipinas.
